The record belongs to the address
The permanent record in Nuvo belongs to the property — the address itself — not to any person or account. A tenure (owner, co-owner, manager, tenant, or viewer) grants you access to that record for as long as it lasts. It is never ownership of the record.
Claims & transfers
Documented proof of ownership — a deed, settlement statement, or county record with your name on it — entitles you to file a claim on a property's record. Claims are reviewed before they take effect.
A departed owner's notes
On a forced claim — one the previous owner did not initiate — that owner's personal note-type entries default to redacted, since they weren't there to choose otherwise.
Records never die
You may delete personal content you've added — notes and your own uploads. Factual service events are anonymized, never erased: the field identifying who logged an event is stripped, but the fact that it happened stays in the record. This is what makes the record trustworthy across a change of ownership.
