The record belongs to the address
A Nuvo record belongs to the property, not to any one person. Your tenure — owner, co-owner, manager, tenant, or viewer — grants you access to that record for as long as it lasts. It is never personal ownership of the underlying data.
Documented proof of ownership (a deed, settlement statement, or county record) entitles a claim on a property's record.
When ownership changes hands
On a forced claim — one the departing owner did not initiate — that owner's personal notes default to redacted, since they weren't there to choose otherwise.
Deleting your data
You may delete personal content you've added — notes and your own uploads. Factual service events (what was serviced, and when) are anonymized rather than erased: the fact that it happened stays in the record, but the field identifying who logged it is stripped. That's what keeps a Nuvo record trustworthy for whoever holds tenure next.
